Yummiest Seitan Ever

Ingredients
1 cup vital wheat gluten3T Nutritional yeast1 t ground thyme1 t garlic powder1/4 C soy sauce (I use kikkomen light)1 T oil1/2 C of water or broth
Directions
Mix all ingredients and knead for a few minutes. Make into a cylinder shape, then flatten, then cut into strips with sharp knife for cutlets. Bake 10 min @ 375, turn over, then bake 3-5 min.
