Ingredients
450g lean ground beef1 small onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp. flour1 tsp, worcestershire sauce1/2 cup beef stockground pepper250g frozen kernel corn200g diced potatoes1/8 cup 1% milk1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions
Brown meat with onions & garlic. Mix together flour, stock & worcestershire. Add to meat, cook until thickened. Boil potatoes until soft and mash with milk and parmesan. Rinse corn in hot water until defrosted. Layer meat, corn then potatoes. Bake until heated through.
