Sesame Spinach

Ingredients
3 tbsp water1 c. frozen spinach1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce2 tbsp sesame seeds, ground in a mortar and pestle2 green onions, sliced thinly
Directions
Bring water, spinach, soy sauce, and sesame seeds to a boil over medium high heat, spinach completely heated. Stir. Reduce to low.

Add green onions. Cook a few minutes. Serve using a spoon that allows water to drain out. Optional: squeeze excess liquid out.
