* *Quaker Cream of Wheat, 1 serving * Milk, 2%, 1 cup * Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) * Salt, 1/8 tsp * Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp * Cinnamon Stick, 1
Bring water with sugar, salt and cinnamon stick to a boil.
Add milk and gradually add cream of wheat, stirring constantly until well blended.
Lower flame and keep stirring to avoid forming lumps until thickened.
Sever and let it cool slightly.
