Tahena's Vegan Plaintain Curry

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 4 clove (remove) * Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Plantains, 4 cup slices (remove) * *Chick Peas, 1.5 cup (remove)
Directions
Chop, dice, and slice, toss in pan, add water, and curry and paprika, stir frequently, until water reduces and you have a sauce.
