Brownies (healthy) with carrots and plums

Whole Wheat flour 1 1/2 cupQuinoa Flakes 2/3 cupFlax meal 8 TblCocoa Powder 1/2 cupBaking Soda 1 tspBaking Powder 1tspsalt 1/2 tspAlmond milk 1/4 cupEggEgg whiteHoney 1/4 cupCarrots shredded 1/2 cupApplesauce 1/4 cupDark chocolate mini chips 1/4 cupblended plums 1/4 cup
Mix dry ingredients
Blend up plums with a little juice
Mix wet ingredients
Mix all together gently
Bake in twelve regular size muffin cups, lightly sprayed with olive oil. 350. 20 minutes or so.
Less than 200 calories each and totally delicious!
