Creole Spaghetti withTurkey Sausage meatballs

Ingredients
2 leeks- washed and chopped8oz white mushrooms- sliced10 pitted kalamata olives- minced2 stalks celery thinly sliced4 patties Jenny O Turkey sausage( 2 servings) pinched into 10 pieces each and rolled into small balls2 cups classico tomato basil sauce( or comparable 50 cal per serving sauce) 1.5 cups cooked salad shrimp- thawed8oz barilla plus spaghetti( cooked)$ Tbls parmesan* optional
Directions
In a large non stick pot over high heat- saute leeks, mushrooms, olives, celery, olive oil and sausage balls together stirring occasionally until veggies are soft and sausage is browned. Season with 1 teas salt free veg seasoning & 1/8 teas crushed red pepper flakes. Add sauce and heat till hot. Turn off heat and add shrimp- season with creole seasoning to taste- I use about 1/2 teas Tony Roma's brand.

Divide cooked pasta into 4 bowls and spoon sauce over pasta. *optional- sprinkle 1 Tble parmesan over each.

Makes 4 generous and filling servings!
