Asparagus, Mushroom, and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
4 Thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast16 Aspargus Spears, cleaned and trimmed1 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms2 oz French type goat cheese (i use the chive and herb)cut into 4 slices1 tsp Mrs. Dash or other salt free seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season chicken with Mrs. Dash. Lay each breast flat. Place 1 slice of cheese and 1/4 cup mushrooms on the center of each breast. Lay 4 asparagus spears across. Roll chicken around vegetables and cheese. Spray a baking dish with on stick cooking spray and place prepared chicken, seam side down, in baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. 4 servings.
