Ingredients
2 Tilapia Filet1 tsp garlic powder1/2 small tomato2 tbsp of parmesan cheesecooking spray
Directions
Rinse Fish
Season with garlic powder, dash of salt and pepper. Spray shallow dis with cooking spray. Place fish in dish, spray with cooking spray. Place thin sliced tomatoes on fish sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
