Quick Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
2 Eggs (beaten)1/4 cup Shredded Low Fat Mexican Style Cheese2 tbsp Favorite Salsa (drain off excess liquid)1 tsp Webber's Gourmet Burger Seasoning (or your favorite)1 tbsp Bacon Bits (you can substitute your favorite)1 chopped green onion (or 1tbsp chopped onion of choice)1 Lg Low carb whole wheat Tortilla1 tbsp 1/3 less fat cream cheese (I use veggie/onion but any can be used)
Directions
Crack eggs in microwavable bowl beat
Add Salsa, bacon, seasoning, onions, and shredded cheese into bowl. cover and cook for about 3 minutes (stir at 1 and 2 minute mark check to see if done - so don't over cook)

Put Tortilla in microwave for 30 seconds to warm (if desired) spread cream cheese on tortilla. Add egg mixture. Wrap like a burrito... YUM!
