Fannetastic Pumpkin Cranberry Muffin Tops

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 cup canned pumpkin1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 egg1/3 cup real maple syrup1 tsp vanilla1/3 cup dried cranberries
Directions
In two separate bowls mix wet and dry ingredients. Then combine. Spoon onto non-stick or greased (Pam) baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 24 servings.
