Chocolate Pudding Pie with Whip topping (Pareve)

1/2 c. sugar1 1/2 oz. chocolate chips1/4 c. flour1 Tbsp. cornstarch1 1/2 c. soy milk3 egg yolks, slightly beaten1 Tbsp. margarine1 tsp. vanilla exrract1 graham cracker crust1 8oz Rich's whip
Put sugar, chips, flour and cornstarch in a 2-quart sauce pan. The original instructions say to melt the chocolate but I find it works fine to just add the chips here. Put on a low flame. As chocolate melts add the soy milk and stir constantly. Add slowly the soy milk, eggs, margarine and vanilla.
Stir constantly until thickened and smooth. Take off flame and cool.
While cooling whip up the rich's whip with a hand or stand mixer.
Poor pudding in the shell. Add the rich's whip.
I freeze it. Optimally you can freeze and take out 15 minutes or so before serving. This is obviously not for regular day. It's for Shabbos or Holidays.
