Steamed Cauliflower and Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
Cauliflower- 1.5 cup rawMushroom canned and sliced- 0.5 cup Onion- 1 medium chopped Baked Potato- 2 potatoes cut into pieces (2"-4.5")Tomato- 1 medium cut into piecesChicken Breast- bite sized pieces (optional) - 1 breastCoriander Leaf- 2 tbspGinger- 1tspGarlic- 1tspLemon Juice- 0.5 tbspOlive oil- 1 tbspPepper- 0.5 tspSalt- 1tsp
Directions
1)Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. (Chicken is optional)
2)Place in the microwave and heat for 10-15 minutes until vegetables become soft.
3)You can serve it with rice or tortillas.
