Broccoli cream soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Broccoli, fresh, 750 grams, choppedSour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cupVegetable Broth, 4 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 cloves, chopppedOlive Oil, 1 tbspSalt and Pepper
Directions
- chop all vegetables (big chunks are sufficient, no need to chop very small)
- heat olive oil in a pot
- add onions, garlic, wait until golden
- add vegetables
- immediately add broth (you can also use chicken or meat broth if you wish)
- let simmer until vegetables are done, mix until smooth
- add sour cream
- add salt and pepper (and other spices) as you like
- enjoy!
