* *Wegman's ciabatta, 12oz (one loaf) * *Cremini Mushroom, 1lb * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (3 tbsp * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) * *Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 24 oz (remove) * balsamic vinegar, 4 tablespoon (remove) * Heavy Whipping Cream, .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) (remove)
375 degree oven.Baked bread on baking sheet for ten minutes until golden brow.Quater the mushrooms.Heat EVO over medium-high heat.add mushrooms and cook until golden in color, about 10 min. add garlic and season with salt and pepper. Chop spinach coarsely and stir in to wilt. season with a few grates of nutmeg. stir in vinegar for 1 min. then add cream, heat for another minute, then remove from heat.transfer spinach and mushrooms to small bowl and serve as a topping for the bread.
