Baked egg cups with egg substitute

Ingredients
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 12 fl oz Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 12 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
Directions
Line twelve cupcake pans with one slice of ham each. Add 1 oz of egg mixture a nd a little onion to each cup. Bake about 15 minutes at 350 until desired doneness. Sprinkle with a little cheddar cheese.
