Shari's Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cucumber w/ peel quartered and diced1 Roma Tomato diced1 large stalk celery diced1 medium red bell pepper diced6 Baby Carrots - diced5 asparagus spears, chopped into 1" pieces and parboiled4 small green onions chopped finely - approx. 1/4 cup1/4 cup chopped red onion7 large black olives - sliced1/2 cup of chopped broccoli - parboiledBariilla Plus Farfalle (Bow Tie Pasta) - 3 oz. 1/2 cup of Italian Dressing1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup Kraft Finely shredded cheddar cheese.
Directions
Chop and prep all ingredients. Parboil - Asparagus and Broccoli together, drain, rinse with cold water. Boil pasta , drain and set aside.

Mix all vegetables in large bowl,
Pour 1/2 cup of Italian dressing over vegetables, and stir to let marinate.
Put cooled pasta in bowl with vegetables, stir gently, sprinkle with 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese and mix again.

Top with cheddar cheese (optional), do not stir. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.. Serve.

To have as a main dish, add in cooked shrimp or chicken.
Drain pasta
