Sweet and Sour Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
1 cup low-sodium stock, chicken or vegetable10 oz frozen, chopped broccoli1 tsp oil1 tsp paprika2 tsp granulated sugar2-3 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Heat oil to warm, add the paprika. Stir for a half-minute over heat. Add the vinegar. Semi-puree the broccoli in the stock in a food processor or blender. Add to seasoned oil and heat through. Sprinkle in 2 Tbsp chopped green onions if desired. Or eat cold as a mostly-raw soup.
