Cinnamon socca crackers

Ingredients
1/4 cup + 2 T garbanzo flour1/4 cup oat flour1/2 cup water1 T coconut oil, melted1/2 T splenda1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla pinch saltTopping:1/2 tsp cinnamon1 T splenda
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F
Mix all ingredients well
Pour onto a greased cookie sheet
Spread thinly - should cover about 2/3 of the sheet
Sprinkle on the topping
Bake for 20 min
Cut into about 30 pieces
Bake for 3-5 min, flip and bake another 3-5 min
