Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 Ripe Bananas1 1/2 c. flour1 c. sugar1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp.salt
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2.) In a large bowl: cream the shortening and sugar.
3.) Sift in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
4.) Blend in the bananas.
5.) In an 8in. x 4in. pan bake the bread for 60-65 minutes.
