* Jumbo Pasta Shells, 12 oz * Sorrento Fat Free Ricotta Cheese, 3.75 cup * BelGioioso Fresh Mozarella, 8 oz * Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

Boil the shells. Mix all the cheeses - add egg and pepper - mix together. Stuff shells with a couple Tbsp cheese mixture each. Cover with sauce - bake 20-25 mins in 350 degree oven until bubbling.
Am considering freezing stuffed shells without sauce for use later.
