asian green beans

Ingredients
6 cups fresh green beans, cleaned and trimmed4 large carrots, sliced2 medium onions, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced5 slices ginger, minced2 teaspoons sesame oil1 teaspoon flax oil2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
Place oils in large flat sauté pan and heat. Add green beans and cook 5-8 minutes or until they begin to brown.

Add carrots, onions, garlic and ginger and continue to cook until onions become translucent and start to brown.

Add soy sauce and cook 1-2 more minutes or until liquid most evaporates.
