* Beans, black, 1 cup (remove) * Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove) * Garlic, 6 clove (remove) * *80/20 ground beef chuck, 16 oz (remove)
Directions
food process the beans
roasted garlic cloves add to beans and process

chop up raw carrots to small dices

mix all into beef

makes 9 patties (1/4 lb each pre-cooked)
