Bean SproutsMushroomsOlive OilSesame OilGreen OnionsSaltPepperChicken TenderloinsTrader Joe San Soyaki
Marinade 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins with Soyaki for at least an hour. Cut into 1 inch thick pieces.
In a pan, heat one tablespoon of cooking oil and cook chicken until browned. Set aside.
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add Bean Sprouts. Stir for 1 minute. Drain and transfer to a plate. Season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Heat one tablespoon of oil. Add mushrooms and saute until browned. Add salt and pepper.
Add Chicken and Bean Sprouts to Mushrooms in pan. Add additional 2 tbsp of Soyaki. Simmer for 2 minutes. Mix and serve. If sauce is too watery, add a small amount of cornstarch.
Makes 3 servings.
