Crock pot sirloin vegetable soup

1 pound of sirloin steak, fat trimmed, and cubed1 carrot, peeled and sliced1 1/2 medium stalks of celery sliced1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen corn1 can of italian style green beans (keep juice)3 c. water2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed2 cans of diced tomatoes (keep juice)2 t. italian seasoning2 t. onion salt2 t. Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning1 t. black pepper
Put all of the ingredients into the crockpot including the juices from the green beans and the tomates and stir. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with celery sticks and peanut butter and raw carrots (not included in the calorie tracker)
