1 c. water1 tsp. 100% cranberry juice2 tsp. lemon juice1 tbsp. flax seed oil1/4 c. plain yogurt, whole milk1 scoop Body Fortress vanilla whey powder1/2 c. frozen blueberries1/2 c. frozen blackberries2 tbsp. flax seed meal, freshly ground
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Will thicken as it stands.
