CROCK-POT PORK CHOPS

Ingredients
4 boneless pork loin chops, fat removed1 medium onion (2.5"), sliced1 can condensed cream of celery soup1/4 cup water1/4 cup water
Directions
Spray interior of slow-cooker with pan spray. Place chops in slow cooker. Cover with onion, soup and water. Add pepper to taste. Cook all day on LOW or 1/2 day on HIGH. You can also add a package of dry boxed stuffing mix (with herb packet) on top of chops, then add the onions, soup and water.
