onions, celery, lean ground turkey, pinto beans, kidney beans, black beans, green beans, stewed tomatoes
In large skillet saute the onion and celery ( I used 4 ribs), add the mushrooms and then the ground turkey. Saute until all is done. Remove the fat.
Empty the stewed tomatoes into a large dutch oven type pan.
Add the ground turkey mixture.
Add the beans.
Mix everything together and simmer - the longer the better. You could even use a crockpot.
