chicken taquitos

8 flour tortillas3 chicken breasts cooked and chopped1 cup corn1/2 cup refried beans1/2 cup chopped onion1 envelope Old El Paso Taco seasoning1/2 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup salsaPam cooking spray
1) Chop cooked chicken breast
2) Spray frying pan with Pam and cook onions
3) Add chopped chicken, water, taco seasonings and corn - cooked until the sauce is a bit thick
4) Spread about 1 Tbs of refried beans on the tortilla and then about 3 Tbs of chicken mixture on top - roll tortilla up like an eggroll -
5) Spray clean frying pan and fry the taquitoes in the Pam until all sides are golden brown.
6) Serve with sour cream, salsa, salad and tomatoes.
