Hearty Tuna Casserole

2 cans (6.5 oz each) chunk style tuna6 oz. (3 cups) uncooked egg noodles1/2 cup chopped celery1/3 cup sliced green onions1/2 cup dairy sour cream2 tsp. mustard1/2 cup mayonnaise1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1- drain & flake the tuna. Set aside.
2- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse in hot water.
3- combine noodles with the tuna, celery, & green onions.
4- Blend in the sour cream, mustard, & mayonnaise
5- Spoon mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish
6- top with cheese
7- Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
