Crockpot Orange Chicken and Sweet Potatoes

Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 poundSweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 2 large (remove)*Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic powder 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dash (remove)*Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.25 cup (remove)Orange Juice, .5 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed (remove)
Make in crockpot on Low for 8-10 hours or High 3-4 hours
1. Slice sweet potatoes and place on bottom of crock pot
2. Rinse chicken, pat dry, Combine flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper and garlic powder. Coat each piece of chicken in flour mixture and place on top of potatoes.
3. Combine soup with remaining ingredients. Stir well. Pour over chicken.
4. Cover and cook!!!
* Great served over whole grain rice
