veg. lental smoked sausage soup

Ingredients
2 tbs olive oil7 ounces gry lentals1 small onion3/4 cup finely shredded cabbage1 clove garlic crushed2 veg smoked sausage2 cub vegtible boulion4 cups of water1 bay leaf1 tsp of thyme1/2 tsp of cyanne peppersalt pepper to taste
Directions
heat oil in large sauce pan over medium heat. stir in lentals onion cabbage and garlic. cook until tender. stir in sausageand tomatoes. crumble veg cubs over mixture, and pour water in. stir in thyme, bay leaf, cyanne pepper. bring to boil until lentals are tender. about 30 min. salt pepper to taste.
