Gluten Free Turkey Burger Salsbury Steak

4 Turkey Burger Patties1 Medium White Onion3 Oz sliced mushrooms1 clove garlic, diced2 tbsp Olive Oil2 cups reduced sodium Turkey Broth2/3 Tbsp tapioca flour2 tsp Herbamare Season Salt
Sprinkle some of the Herbamare season salt into each side of each Turkey burger. Brown the turkey burgers in a pan.
While the Turkey is browning, clean and chop the mushrooms, garlic, and slice the onion into strips. In the same pan as the Turkey Burgers, sautee the onion, mushrooms and garlic.
Once sauteed, re-add the Turkey Burger Patties. Mix the remaining Herbamare with the tapioca and turkey broth, pour into the pan with the onion, mushrooms and Turkey Burgers, and heat until the gravy is thickened and bubbling.
