Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, chopped into bite sized pieces1 green bell pepper1 red bell pepper1/2 white onion1/3-1/2 cup of medium chucky salsaspices to taste
Directions
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and cook in a large skillet with the olive oil until cooked through. Add spices (like red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, etc) and warm through for 1 minute, then add veggies and cook until soft. Serve in whole wheat tortillas, with or without cheese.
