Gluten Free Banana Bread

3 cups blanched almond flour½ teaspoon celtic sea salt1 teaspoon baking soda¼ cup agave nectar¼ cup grapeseed oil3 eggs, whisked1/3 cup chopped walnuts1 tablespoon vanilla extract2 bananas (about one cup) mashed
1. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, salt and baking soda
2. In a smaller bowl, combine agave, grapeseed oil, eggs and vanilla, then stir in bananas
3. Mix wet ingredients into dry, and add walnuts
4. Place batter in either a cake pan or two small 7.5" x 3.5" loaf pans
5. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool
