Vegan sausage style cheese puffs

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour - 4 cupsbaking powder - 6 tspEarth Balance - 5 tbsp meltedunsweetened soy milk - 1.5 cupsGimme Len Sausage style crumbles - 1 full pkgonion - 1 small dicedmushrooms - 3 large dicedGalaxy foods Cheddar shreds (cheese substitute) - 2 bags
Directions
1.pre-heat oven to 350. Grease a cookie sheet with pam. brown Gimme lean and onion and mushrooms until browned and onions are translucent. Remove from stove and cool enough to be able to touch.

2. mix flour/baking powder/melted Earth Balance and soy milk in large mixing bowl. Kneed until well mixed.

3. add sausage and veggie mixture to the dough and add the cheese on top. Mix well with hands.

4. form the mixture into golf ball sized balls and place on greased cookie sheet.

5. bake 15 minutes and check. Once the puffs are golden brown, remove from oven and begin next batch.

makes 50 golf ball sized puffs
