Whole Wheat banana and pecan pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 c hungry jack complete wheat blend pancake mix1/4 c waterhalf of a rip banana1 tsbp finely chopped pecans (fisher's cookie pieces)
Directions
in a small bowl add the pancake mix and water mix until the lumps are gone. slice banana and add pecans stir until the bananas are into small pieces

add to a small hot pan sprayed with cook spray. cook for about 4 minutes and flip and cook for another 3 minutes of until brown on the other side.

Serve with sugar free syrup and some strawberries and a little whip cream!
