Spinach and Artichoke Heart Lasagna

Marinara: 2 cans tomato sauce1 small onion, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, sliced or 1 tablespoon dried garlic slices1 tsp Thyme, dried1 tsp Oregano, dried1 tsp Rosemary, dried2 tsp Olive OilFilling: 1 jar artichokes, liquid drained2 cups spinach1 cup chopped fresh basil1/2 cup Parmesan2 cups mozzarella Lasagna noodles, whole wheat, uncooked
1. Saute onion and garlic with olive oil.
2. Grind herbs in mortar and pestle.
3. Add ground herbs to onions.
4. Add tomato sauce.
5. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
6. In medium bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, and basil.
7. Grate cheeses into a small bowl, and mix.
8. In a 9"x9" square dish, add a layer of marinara.
9. Add a layer of noodles.
10. Add a layer of spinach/artichoke/basil.
11. Add a layer of cheese.
12. Add marinara-noodles-spinach-cheese layers one more time.
13. Add marinara, noodles, cheese layers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool 10-15 minutes.
