Ingredients
lean ground beef about 2 lbs. can use 1 1/2 pds. (subsitute with ground turkey)Onion 1 med to largebell pepper 1/2light kidney beans 2 cansdark kidney beans 2 canscanned tomatoes 1tomatoe sauce 2 canswater 1 cup or to tastesalt to tastepepper to tastegarlic powder to tastechillie powder to taste
Directions
In skillet brown ground beef, onions, green peppers, drain. Add beans, tomatoes, tomatoe suace, and ground beef mixture to crookpot. Even tho I have listed amounts on t he seasoning you do them to your taste. Cook in crookpot as long as you want to but at least 3 hours.

This makes about 14 cups
