Baked Whole Wheat French toast cubes

6 Eggs 1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk4 tbl*Cream Cheese, Kraft Philadelphia Whipped, 3-4 tbl agave Nectar1-3 tsp cinnamon (to taste)nutmeg to taste I used 3/4 loaf of Kirklands road show Ancient Grain Bread, (230 gram) you need enough whole wheat hard style bread to cover bottom of large baking dish.I added one peeled chopped apple but you can add dried fruit or nuts for variation.
spray bottom of large baking dish with pam.
Cut up bread into bite size peices, place in bottom of pan
Blend together cream cheese, milk, eggs, agave (you can use maltitol to reduced the sugar) cinnamon, nutmeg and cream cheese till well blended. Pour over bread. Be sure to make sure all have been moistened.
Cover and let absorb for at least an our to overnight.
Preheat oven to 425
bake uncovered 25 min or until golden on top.
