BL Creamy Hummus

Ingredients
3 cups cooked chickpeas or 2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed1/2 cup warm water3 Tbsp lime juice1 Tbsp tahini1 1/2 tsp ground cumin1 Tbsp minced garlic1 tsp salt2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Place chickpeas, water, lime juice, tahini, cumin, and garlic in a food processor. Process for about 4 minutes, or until smooth. Add an extra tablespoon or two of water if necessary. Transfer to a bowl and stir in cilantro.

Keep refrigerated.

Makes 16 (2 Tbsp) servings (2 cups)
