IHOP Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 c flour1 egg1 1/4 c 1% milk1/4 c sugar1 heaping tsp of baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 c oilpinch salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a whisk. Pour onto preheated non-stick fry pan in 1/4 cup servings. Makes 13 panckes. Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
