Three Cheese Chicken Penne Pasta Bake

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups multi grain penne pasta, uncooked9 ounce fresh spinach leaves1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces1 t. dried basil leaves14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce14 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained2 oz. Neufchatel cheese, cubed1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese2 T. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook pasta as directed on package, adding spinach to the boiling water for the last minute.

Cook and stir chicken and basil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce and tomatoes; bring to boil. Simmer 3 minutes or until chicken in done. Add Neufchatel cheese and stir.

Drain pasta mixture, return to pan. Stir in chicken mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Spoon into 2 quart baking dish.

Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 3 minutes.
