Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
Ingredients:Cauliflower, raw, 2 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove)Chicken Broth or Bouillon, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)Milk, nonfat, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Boil cauliflower until soft, mash with potatoe masher, return to heat and add broth, butter and milk heat and stir until bubbling.
