Pauline's Grilled Cod in Foil

1 pound cod fillets1/4 cup lemon juice1 tbsp cappers1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley1/4 tsp salt (dash)1/4 tsp pepper (dash)1/4 tsp paprika (dash)1 onion - thinly sliced2 tbsp butterHeavy aluminum foil
Use heavy aluminum foil cut into large squares
Please equal portions of the fish fillets on each piece of foil.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add lemon juice, cappers, parsley, salt and papper. Stir to blend well.
Pour this mixture over the fish, sprinkle with paprika and top with onion slices. Fold the foil around the fish and seal.
Grill on hot grill for 5-7 minutes per side. Fish should flake easily when done.
