Low Carb Baked Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
6 Chicken Thighs1 stick of Butter1 T low sodium soy sauce2 garlic cloves, minced1 T olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare 7x11 baking dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

In small sauce pan, melt butter. Add soy sauce and minced garlic. Remove from heat. Place chicken thighs in baking dish and pour garlic butter sauce over chicken. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, turn each thigh over and baste with juices. Bake for additional 20 minutes until chicken juice runs clear. Serve with favorite salad or veggie!

Serves 6, or 3 with two thighs per person.
