Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Honey, .5 tbsp Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)Honey Puffed Kashi cereal, .75 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.5 cup *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .75 cupAlmonds, .5 cup, whole Walnuts, .25 cup shelledCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.25 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, lay out in one big square on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool before cutting.
