Asian Chicken Salad for 2

Ingredients
1 cup Cooked Chicken -- skin removed 2 cups Cabbage -- shredded 1/2 cup Mushrooms -- sliced 1 tablespoon Cilantro -- chopped 1/2 whole Carrot -- sliced 1/2 whole Cucumber -- thinly sliced 1/2 whole Orange -- divided 1/4 cup Salad Dressing Base -- Asian style Pepper to Taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, cilantro, cucumber, and dressing. Toss well. Top with green onions and tangerine sections. Freshly Grated Pepper to taste.
