1 spaghetti squashZucchini, Mushrooms, Onion (Desired amount)2 cups Home made meat sauce (or prego and extra lean groundbeef will do in a pinch)1 cup light ricotta cheese50 g grated marble cheese Mix squash, meat sauce and veggies. Layer this mixture with ricotta and marble cheese and viola you have a healthy mock lasagna!
Makes roughly 6-140 g servings.
