2 cup Almond Meal4 eggs 1/2 cup Water 2 tbsp Olive Oil or applesauce 1/2 tsp Salt2 tbsp Splenda, natural sweetener 1-2 banana's mashed
Mix all ingredients together to make batter. Pour into muffin pan with cup liners. Fill each cup to the top...the lack of flour causes these muffins not to rise.
